STEP 1 – Preparing Your Computer
Preparing Your Computer(s) for Secure, Remote Access to Your documents
stored on the Save As… Document Storage and Retrieval Server is simple. In order to access the
complete functionality of the Document Storage and Retrieval Server, you must first
download a small program called the Document Viewer. This is a safe file, downloaded directly from
our site and is only 17 mb. This
may take a few minutes depending upon your connection speed. This file only needs to be downloaded and installed
one time. You will need to install this file, one time, on every computer that you wish to use when accessing your documents – you may want to install this file once on your computer at the office, and once on your computer at home, if you want access your documents from both computer locations.

here. Choose to Run the file from it's location. Once installed, you will then be ready for
Step 2.
